Abstract
Leadership and skill building courses conducted by NIMHANS with the involvement of Professor Norman Sartorius, Psychiatry’s living legend, have been extremely coveted and highly regarded among the early career psychiatrists (ECP) across the world. This is a brief narrative by two attending ECPs about their experience to describe the importance of such skill building courses for the psychiatrists.
