Abstract
Caregiving in general is a very difficult task. This difficulty further intensifies when the child is diagnosed with disability. In the framework of bibliometric analysis, this study aims to examine mental health problems among caregivers of differently-abled children. This study intends to analyse the publication trend in terms of journals, keywords, and institution-wise. In this regard, the data was retrieved from the SCOPUS database. This database was chosen owing to its wide use in social sciences and humanities. It was found that 46 documents (39 articles, 06 reviews, and 01 book chapter) were relevant to the theme undertaken for the study. Furthermore, all these articles were downloaded and thoroughly reviewed. The analysis of the published literature was encompassing majorly 10 themes viz; anxiety, depression, stress, negative affect, fear, guilt, sadness, worry, stigma, and grief. A detailed analysis of these mental health themes was carried thereupon.
