Contextual Considerations When Interpreting Well-Child Visit Adherence Results

To the Editor I read Abdus and Selden’s Research Letter with great interest. I am a pediatric health services researcher and primary care pediatrician and was intrigued by considerably lower adherence rates than other studies’ estimates. Some nuances of clinical practice might be important to consider when interpreting the study’s results.
