Abstract
This article introduces JFTR‘s contributions to the collaborative, three journal special issue on “Transformative family scholarship: Theory, practice, and research at the intersection of families, anti-racism and social justice.” We provide a brief perspective on the context from which this collaboration emerged, situate ourselves as Co-Guest Editors in relation to our commitments to anti-racism and social justice, and briefly describe the contributions of articles included in this volume. We conclude by offering a couple of directions for the future.
