Greater diversity in the workplace is linked to improved performance, and inclusive leadership is proposed as a crucial approach to achieving this goal. It was aimed to determine the relationship between inclusive leadership and work engagement in hospital employees. The research was conducted with 277 hospital employees working in a public hospital. The data were collected using the participants’ information form, and validated scales of inclusive leadership and work engagement. A positive, moderate, and significant correlation was determined between the overall mean scores of the inclusive leadership and work engagement scales (r = 0.522; p F = 2.630; pRadj² = 0.163), and the variance increased to 29% with the addition of inclusive leadership to the model (F = 4.338; pRadj² = 0.291).
