TLAP and partners have identified a number of challenges to implementing personalisation through collecting evidence from the wider social care sector and from the personalisation summit hosted by Care Services Minister Norman Lamb in September 2013. This action plan outlines key activity by the sector ahead of the Care Bill. It will be followed by a new TLAP Partnership Agreement and work programme in Spring 2014.
