This toolkit was developed to help increase partnerships between the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and rural communities and assist them with outreach efforts in providing rural veterans with information and referral about VA benefits, ultimately providing improved access to the best quality of care for rural veterans. The toolkit contains the lessons learned from community focus groups and pilots in three rural communities.
