Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Act 2011: Section 190: Effect of Orders outwith Scotland

Section 190 contains a regulation making power which allows for an order made by a court in England, Wales or Northern Ireland to have effect in Scotland as if that order was a compulsory supervision order made in Scotland
