As Huff explained it in the kitchen, this is what “no drama” means: no whisper campaigns, no sulking or stewing. A resident with an interpersonal problem has two choices: tolerate it or address it. “If I go to somebody and say, ‘We need to work something out so I’m not upset about it,’ then we will work something out. Everybody here would at least attempt to make me happy, like I would do for them,” she said.
