Teaching Students To Be Peacemakers (TSP) is a school-based program that teaches conflict resolution procedures and peer mediation skills. The program, based on conflict resolution theory and research, aims to reduce violence in schools, enhance academic achievement and learning, motivate prohealth decisions among students, and create supportive school communities.
