Updated: Added new guidance for HEC applications after 1 April 2019 and updated details for existing HECs.
Applications after 1 April 2019
Use the new guidance if you’re applying to become a HEC after 1 April 2019.
Formal approvals will be made after 1 August 2019.
Existing HECs
Existing HECs should continue to use the existing guidance for:
- ongoing compliance issues
- change of status requests
This existing guidance will be withdrawn after 31 July 2019.
