Work Activity and Use of Employment Supports Under the Original Ticket to Work Regulations: Time that Beneficiaries Spend Off the Rolls Due to Work and the Payments Generated for Employment Networks

This report examines the extent to which Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income beneficiaries forgo benefits due to work (that is, were in non-payment status following suspense or termination because of earnings) from 2002 to 2006. The findings represent beneficiary experiences before the 2008 changes in the Ticket to Work regulations.
