In the Original Investigation titled “Maternal Acetaminophen Use and Child Neurodevelopment,” published online March 9, 2026, 2 percentage errors were corrected in the Abstract and Results sections. In the full cohort autism spectrum disorder (ASD) dataset, 23 557 of 2 092 926 children (1.1%) had ASD, and in the full attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) dataset, 116 387 of 2 079 935 children (5.6%) had ADHD. The article was corrected online.
