This Special Communication outlines the new Consolidated Standards of Reporting Trials–Children and Adolescents (CONSORT-C) 2026 guidelines, which consist of 13 new items recommended to be reported in addition to the CONSORT 2025 items in pediatric randomized controlled trial reports.
