To the Editor We appreciate the clinical value of the dose-response meta-analysis performed by Leucht and colleagues. The interpretation provided was that doses above 5 mg/d risperidone equivalent do not provide additional protection against relapse, while the risk of relapse increases rapidly (and apparently hyperbolically) for doses less than 2.5 mg/d risperidone equivalent.
