Big Ten/Ivy League Traumatic Brain Injury Research Collaboration

The Big Ten/Ivy League Traumatic Brain Injury Research Collaboration is a multi-institutional research effort supported by the Big Ten and Ivy League conference Presidents1–3 whose mission is to better understand the causes and effects of sport-related head injury and concussion. Established in 2012, the 22-insitution membership is an integrated group of clinicians and scientists working in partnership to study the effects of traumatic brain injury (TBI) in sports and to, ultimately, improve the health and wellness of student athletes.
