Frustration Intolerance: Therapy Issues and Strategies

Abstract  

This article aims to provide an overview of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) concept of frustration intolerance.
Therapeutic issues regarding these beliefs are discussed, including engagement, the use of disputation, and behavioral techniques.
