A fridge, cooking hobs, a shower and a toilet: parked in Hesperange, this streetvan looks like a camper van. There is one key difference, however: it is not designed for holidays, but to provide social support for young adults. Behind the wheel is Natacha Lefebvre (above), head of Hesperange’s Streetwork service. The qualified educator works for Inter-Actions with a clear goal: meeting residents where they are. “Young people aged between 13 and 30 are our main target group,” she said. “But we do not exclude anyone, and everybody can come and see us if they need to.”
