Cape Town steps up global push to tackle homelessness

Cape Town is leading the world in helping people without homes. They use a smart plan called “rare, brief, and unrepeated” homelessness, which means they want to solve homelessness quickly and for good. The city offers emergency shelter, helps people learn new skills, and tries to reconnect families. They are sharing their ideas globally and showing how cities can make a real difference, even with fewer resources.
