UNC-Chapel Hill Board hides information from the public, says former provost in lawsuit

The lawsuit alleges that trustees exhibited a pattern of illegally using the closed-door portions of their regularly scheduled meetings to hide “matters of grave public concern.” Clemens also accused trustees of conducting deliberations “without proper notice or public access” and of using auto-deleting messaging apps such as Signal “to evade records retention and public inspection.”
