The purpose of this instrument is to correct errors within the European Qualifications (Health and Social Care Professions) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (SI 2019/593) “the EU Exit Regulations 2019” and to correct an error created by these regulations in the National Health Service (Performers List) (England) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/335) (“the 2013 Performers List Regulations”).
