Findings from the Boys to Men Project, looking at boys’ and young men’s experiences and attitudes towards domestic abuse, have been published. These include: over half of 13-14-year-olds had some direct experience of domestic abuse, 44% of boys and 46% of girls who had been on a date had experienced at least one of the types of domestic abuse measured; anti-violence campaign material is a useful resource in encouraging discussion about domestic abuse, although opportunities to prevent young men becoming perpetrators of domestic abuse are being missed
