Colleges Can’t Trust the Federal Government. What Now?

Certainly this is true in the realm of geopolitics. The United States will never again, or at least will not for the foreseeable future, be seen as a reliable and trustworthy partner by its purported allies. Agreements might be resigned and commitments reasserted, but a country that elected the President not once but twice, knowing precisely who he is, cannot be trusted not to do something similar again.
