Speaking that the LGC Digital Futures conference, LGA cyber, digital and technology adviser Annie Radcliffe warned of the legal dangers against relying wholly on generated content from AI. She said there have been instances where social workers in court have “mainly have used evidence from generated content from AI and have not been able to stand up and say this is definitely what happened”.
