Social workers face doubling of registration fees in Northern Ireland, under regulator’s plans

The annual charge would rise from £65 now to £120 in year one of the reforms and £127 in year two, with a higher rate – £150 – introduced for those in senior roles in the second year, the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC) has proposed.
