Improving Mental Health and Well-Being for Sexual Minority Women

“We have been supporting each other’s mental health since the beginning of time,” said Dr. Angie Wootton, Assistant Professor and Principal Investigator of LGBTQ SOLACE. “Building networks of mutual aid and peer support involves recognizing the LGBTQ+ community’s strengths and capacities that already exist, and to bolster, amplify or legitimize these efforts through research and intervention development.”
