Melissa Thompson graduated from Queen’s University Belfast on Saturday with a Bachelor of Social Work, achieving a goal she has held since early childhood. Placed into foster care at just 14 months old before being adopted at the age of eight, Melissa said her own experiences inspired her to pursue a career helping others.
