Acceptance and prescription of doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (doxy-PEP) among Brazilian physicians: results from a national online survey

Doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (doxy-PEP) implementation has been under review by the Brazilian Ministry of Health since September 2024.1 Pending this outcome, we surveyed Brazilian practitioners via an online questionnaire disseminated mainly through social media to assess current attitudes and practices (see table 1).
