This is the harsh reality for surrogates in a post-Dobbs America, where their health and autonomy are sacrificed on the altar of conflicting laws and contractual obligations. This article explores the legal and ethical issues surrounding surrogacy and abortion rights, proposing a solution that helps to protect the lives of these selfless women.
