The publicly reported incidents below are not a complete nor a representative list of all incidents that affected the provision of health care between 04-17 February 2026. The incidents below have not been verified through ground investigations. There is a delay in reporting incidents due to our open source verification protocol.

Gaza
04 February 2026: In Khan Yunis city and governorate, tents sheltering IDPs were hit by an Israeli airstrike, killing two people, including a PRCS paramedic, and injuring an unspecified number of others. Sources: Independent Palestinian Doctors Association, OCHA, PRCS, The New Arab and WAFA

04 February 2026: In Al Mawasi area, Khan Yunis governorate, an MSF health worker was hit by a stray bullet inside a health facility. Sources: MSF International and UN OCHA Update 357

As reported on 11 February 2026: In Khan Yunis city and governorate, Nasser Hospital suspended some operations in January after patients and staff reported seeing armed, masked men in parts of the building. The presence of armed men created security threats, forcing MSF to halt noncritical medical activities. Source: Asharq Al-Awsat

12 February 2026: In Salah Al-Din street, east of the Zeitoun neighbourhood, Gaza city and governorate, ambulances were prevented from reaching injured people due to heavy tank movements and gunfire. Sources: Quds News Network, Quds News Network and WAFA

12 February 2026: In Gaza city and governorate, a Palestinian paramedic who had previously been detained at Kamal Adwan Hospital by Israeli forces on December 27,2024, died in Israeli custody, reportedly amid torture and medical negligence. 15 February 2026: In the southeast of Deir al-Balah city, Deir al-Balah governorate, the vicinity of a pharmaceutical factory was fired upon by Israeli military vehicles. Source: WAFA

As reported on 16 February 2026: In Gaza city and governorate, humanitarian aid and medical supplies were unable to be delivered to Gaza since January 2026 due to Israeli restrictions. Source: WAFA

14 February 2026: In Khan Yunis city and governorate, MSF suspended all its noncritical medical operations at Nasser Hospital due to security breaches that posed serious threats to its teams and patients. Source: The New Arab

West Bank and East Jerusalem
05 February 2026: In Beita town, Nablus city and governorate, an ambulance was prevented from evacuating an injured person by Israeli forces. Sources: Quds News Network and WAFA

05 February 2026: In Tubas city and governorate, an unspecified number of Red Crescent members were detained by Israeli forces. Source: Quds News Network
