Irwin Epstein, MSW, PhD is Professor Emeritus at the City University of New York (CUNY) and at the Silberman School of Social Work (Hunter College) where he held the Helen Rehr Chair of Social Work Research and was Adjunct Professor in Community Medicine at Mt.
