Understanding Unwinding: What to Know About Medicaid Call Center Data

Later this summer, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will likely release the first set of data reports related to the unwinding of the Medicaid continuous coverage provision . The first tranche of data is expected to include numbers on call center performance.
