Emily Constantino was SWLE’s first intern, placed with Willimantic police as an undergraduate student from ECSU, where she did a 400-hour internship under Logan’s supervision. She then went to the University of Saint Joseph for her master’s degree in social work and completed a second, nine-month internship with Willimantic police.
