Chief of Party, Nepal Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Project

CAMRIS International seeks to hire a Chief of Party (COP) for their ongoing, five year United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Nepal Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Project. S/he shall be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership for the MEL Project, while working closely with MEL project and CAMRIS headquarters staff. The COP shall collaborate with USAID and Nepal’s Programme Office, expanded M&E team, Development Objective Teams, and other COPs managing USAID projects. The COP is responsible for ensuring the quality of all technical work under this contract. S/he must be able to lead the design and oversee the implementation of impact evaluations and complex research, ensuring that every technical deliverable exceeds client expectations.
