Medicaid Payment and Delivery Reform: Insights from Managed Care Plan Leaders in Medicaid Expansion States

The authors of a new Commonwealth Fund brief interviewed leaders of 17 Medicaid managed care plans in 10 expansion states, whose organizations cover 4.5 million beneficiaries in both urban and rural communities, to determine whether common payment and delivery issues are emerging.
