Systemic Applications of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy: An Interview With Glasser Scholars

Reality therapy is a pragmatic and effective approach in counseling that is supported by choice theory, which provides an explanation for human behavior and motivation. Choice theory and reality therapy (CTRT) are usually considered to be useful in individual counseling but can be adapted for systemic applications. In this interview, Glasser Scholars discuss how they have successfully applied CTRT in their work with families, couples, and groups.
