Living well with dementia: a national strategy: good practice compendium: an assets approach

This compendium examples of good practice in dementia care from all regions of England. Its purpose is to support local delivery of the National Dementia Strategy (Strategy) and improve outcomes for people with dementia and their carers. Good practice examples are listed by region. Each example includes information on: aims, local context, achievements and benefits, challenges, resources and transferable learning. Examples are also mapped to the relevant Strategy objective and to the illustrative example of quality outcomes for people with dementia . Contact details are provided at the end of each good practice example.
